Grade 5 Band Finishes 2009 Competition Season Undefeated

The Grade 5 competition band finished the 2009 competition season undefeated through 4 competitions.  The band won their final competition of the 2009 season on October 10 at the new Central Kentucky Highland Games to remain undefeated!  First place finishes were also achieved at the Kentucky Scottish Weekend, the Ohio Scottish Games, and the Glasgow Highland Games.  Throughout these competitions, the pipe corps finished 1st place in all 4 competitions, and earned the "Above Grade Level" distinction on 4 judges' score sheets.  The drum corps finished 1st place in 3 out of 4 competitions, and also earned one "Above Grade Level" distinction.  Congratulations to the members of the grade 5 band on a superb 2009 season!  Below are the EUSPBA judging results:
